Notice: Suspicious Emails Spoofing Our Domain Name

Dear Valued Customers and Business Partners,

We have recently confirmed that a number of suspicious emails are being sent by third parties using our domain name (bbtech.co.jp) without authorization. These emails were not sent from our servers and appear to be spoofed.

■ Overview of the Issue:

From address: Spoofed addresses such as support@bbtech.co.jp

Subject/Content: Unsolicited invoices, fake notifications with attachments, phishing links, etc.

Purpose: These emails may contain malware or links intended to steal personal or financial information.

■ About Our Email Practices:

All legitimate emails from our company are sent from authorized servers and are protected using authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to prevent spoofing.

We have confirmed that these suspicious emails are a result of spoofing — that is, they were sent from external systems falsely displaying our domain in the “From” field.

■ What You Should Do:

If you receive an email that appears to come from us but seems suspicious, please DO NOT click on any links or open any attachments.

Please delete such emails immediately.

If you are unsure about the authenticity of any message from us, feel free to contact our support team.

■ Our Response:

We take this matter very seriously and are taking the following actions:

Reviewing and reinforcing our domain’s email authentication policies (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)

Monitoring unauthorized usage of our domain

Reporting these incidents to relevant authorities and spam blacklists as appropriate

Providing updates to affected customers as needed
