Our mission is to support people who work in most advanced areas, by our cutting-edge technology and knowhow. We started as a venture from High Energy Accelerator Research Organization (KEK) and have provided results of their research for institutes and universities in forms of hardware and software. At Bee Beans Technologies Co., Ltd., we value feedback and requests from our customers, business partners, and other stakeholders and regard them as important opportunities to improve our products and services.
However, to protect the safety and working environment of our employees, we will take organizational action against conduct that exceeds socially acceptable bounds. Legitimate complaints and requests will not be treated as customer harassment. Requests for reasonable accommodation related to a disability will be considered in light of individual circumstances and addressed through constructive dialogue.
