MLF BL20 MatTexture

The Ibaraki Prefecture Material Structure Analysis Instrument (iMATERIA) is a device installed at J-PARC Materials and Life Science Experimental Facility (MLF) BL20 that precisely observes crystal structures and atomic arrangements over a wide area, with high efficiency, and with high resolution.

MatTexture is a texture analysis software used in MLF’s BL20.

• Creates a histogram by time-slicing the event data in the PSD range and Pixel range specified for each virtual bank.
• Perform wavelength-dependent incident neutron intensity correction using vanadium data, sky data, and cell data.
• Using Manyo Library, which is MLF’s analysis environment infrastructure software.
